Wyngate Townhomes

Wyngate was developed as an affordable housing townhome project utilizing the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program and HUD 221-d-4 insurance. The project included 50 townhomes with underground parking. All units have 4 bedrooms with affordable rents established by the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency. The project is located in an 81 acre master planned mixed use project developed by an affiliated company.

The New Construction consists of Affordable Housing with 50, 4 Bedrooms units
